The new chapter of the relationship between Vietnam and the European Union is opened today - August 1, 2020 when the EVFTA Free Trade Agreement officially takes effect. According to the agreement, the EU will immediately eliminate 85.6% of tariffs on goods from Vietnam, equivalent to 70.3% of Vietnam's exports to the EU. This opens up great opportunities for enterprises to expand partnership, diversify markets, and integrate into the global value chain.

In 2019, Vinaseed's total export volume to the EU market reached 2,000 tons with the value of USD 2 million. The PAN Group’s member company aims to increase its export to about 4,000-5,000 tons when new tariffs of 0% will make its products become more competitive in the market.
